Service Description

This 45 minute class is a total body workout with a flare of HIIT to incorporate aerobic exercise on top of your typical barre workout. Barre consists of exercises that utilize your own body weight to increase strength. All you need is a set of light weights (3-7lbs), something to hold onto for balance (chair), and a mat for the floor work. Barre is usually done barefoot. This class is great for those that want to increase their strength, balance, and cardio stamina.
