Baby Burn!

Service Description

Join HDC for the first ever Baby Burn class! Caregivers are welcome to dance with their baby in a carrier, holding them, or just bring them along in a bucket seat! The goal of this class is to give parents/caregivers the opportunity to participate in a fun, low impact, and low stress class without the need for a babysitter. The class will include fun and easy dance moves, plus some accessible muscle conditioning.
