Baby Burn (FRIDAYS)

Service Description

Join HDC for the first ever Baby Burn class! Caregivers are welcome to dance with their baby in a carrier, holding them, or just bring them along in a bucket seat! The goal of this class is to give parents/caregivers the opportunity to participate in a fun, low impact, and low stress class without the need for a babysitter. The class will include fun and easy dance moves, plus some accessible muscle conditioning. **If you don't want to book the whole session, you can pay a drop in and attend individual classes!** To select a single class ($25 per class), click "book class" then at the bottom of the payment page, click the drop down menu to select the drop in option.
