Service Description
Join HDC's Founder Hannah, for a joyful baby wearing class! This class is crafted for newly postpartum mamas to get their body moving and regain strength, core stability, and balance. It's also a great way to connect with other moms in the community! We'll dance, do safe muscle conditioning, and stretch to a fun playlist! **This class needs 5 full session participants to run, then it will open up for drop ins. **
